Refund policy

If you are not happy with your purchase from The a golden Knob for any reason, we will be happy to issue you a refund in the form of an exchange or credit for future purchases. You may receive credit up to 14 days after the item has been purchased as long as it is returned in its original condition free from makeup, deodorant, or perfume. You will be responsible for all shipping charges to return an item and receive a credit. 

Please be aware that original shipping costs are not credited back or returned.

Damaged/Defective Items:

We do our best to check every item that comes through our door for any damages or defects, but we are human. That being said, if you happen to receive an item that is damaged or defective please do the following:

1. The damaged item must be reported to us before it is worn and with tags intact. 

2. Please contact us immediately at shop@thegoldenknob.com and be sure to include your name, order number, and issue.
